Our story began in 2016 when we ventured into the world of Airbnb, purchasing our first property and embarking on an exciting journey into short-term rentals. By 2017, we had become proud hosts, earning an impressive 100% of 5-star reviews and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Recognizing the challenges faced by property owners, we saw an opportunity to provide professional support and elevate standards. To meet the demand, we launched a cleaning company dedicated to maintaining the same level of care and quality we offered our own guests. During this time, Airbnb was a growing platform, and many property owners managed their guest communications independently. We stepped in to fill the gaps, offering services like cleaning, stocking supplies, quality checks, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and minor repairs—essentially managing properties in every sense of the word.

Within two years, our commitment to excellence earned us 15 loyal clients, inspiring us to create a comprehensive, all-inclusive management package. This package includes cleaning, guest communication, conflict resolution, supply provision, and more, designed to make property ownership stress-free and rewarding while ensuring extraordinary guest experiences.

As the Niagara Falls Airbnb market flourished, growing nearly tenfold by 2019, so did our expertise and reputation. Even during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, which prompted many properties to transition back to long-term rentals, we adapted and persevered. By 2023, we were managing 18 properties across the region. However, evolving regulations—including municipal licensing requirements—reshaped the short-term rental landscape.

In 2024, we embraced these changes, ensuring every property under our care met municipal requirements while maintaining our commitment to elite quality standards.
